LONELINESS
---Loneliness seems to come into being when one would rather do something that he is not doing. He yearns to do something else than what he is doing. If one knew what he enjoyed and pursued that, there doesn’t seem there would be a problem. Many have trouble with this part. They really don’t know what they want.
Dr. Vivek Murthy - “All of us, regardless of what stage of life we’re at, we’ve got three basic needs: we all want to know that we matter, we want to be seen for who we are, and we want to know that we’re loved.” — Dr. Vivek Murthy
---When man is honest with what attracts him and pursues that to completion, then loneliness is not a problem. As soon as a being is born, he is usually at the hands of someone who has a preconceived idea of how someone should be raised. Through many generations of man being honed into what Society has decided what a human being should be, even taking into consideration what they perceive the personal inclinations of this child/being to be...the child/being is being molded in accordance to the way this person who is doing the raising, sees things.
---As this child/being grows and hopefully grows into himself...may he/she somehow connect or reconnect to that path or avenue that best helps him develop into the being he is supposed to be, that allows him/her to be the best expression of who he/she is.
---If something is not going correctly, never hesitate to speak up. They are allegedly doing this for you and your well-being. Your input is invaluable. Learning the ART of Working Together has a much better chance and creates a much better outcome usually speaking than to have someone pull all the strings for you.
